ICB Partners with Umoja to Expand Nationwide ATM Access

ICB Tanzania is proud to strengthen its partnership with Umoja Switch, further enhancing ATM accessibility and convenience for our customers across the country.

With the ICB UmojaCard, our local ATM debit card, customers now enjoy 24/7 access to over 900 ATMs nationwide, including more than 200 Umoja network ATMs and over 700 NMB ATMs, thanks to the Umoja-NMB interoperability agreement. This expanded network enables faster and easier access to cash and essential banking services wherever you are. Additionally, NMB cardholders can now transact at all Umoja member bank ATMs, including ICB ATMs.

As part of this collaboration, ICB also supports card acquiring services for VISA and China UnionPay, now accepted at all four ICB branch ATMs—offering added convenience and flexibility for both local and international cardholders.

This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to customer convenience, service expansion, and financial inclusion, while delivering safe, secure, and accessible banking nationwide.
